About New Port Richey, FL
New Port Richey is a city in Pasco County, Florida, United States. It is a suburban city included in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was counted at 16,728 in the 2020 census. == History == By 1914 the area around Orange Lake was being called "New Port Richey" and the older part of Port Richey was called "Old Port Richey." In 1915 a separate post office was established for the residents of the southern part of Port Richey. The post office was named New Port Richey, and the name became official. The first postmaster was Gerben DeVries. The growth of the city came about after George Sims purchased the Port Richey Land Company. He built a home in New Port Richey in 1916. The first Chasco Fiesta was held in 1922 to raise money for the local library.

So my review is loonngggg over due I just remember to do it at the wrong times 🤣 but anyways 1st choice was amazing!!! The guys that came out to talk to me were very informational and put everything into terms that were understandable, we did have a slight confusion at the end when it came to total cost but they were completely understandable and in my favor also! They had the roof done super quick and efficiently they cleaned up very well everyone was incredibly nice and respectful and I'm pretty sure I'm coming up on a year?! And our roof has been amazing would 100% recommend this company

Very professional and very impressed The crew showed up on time and did the whole roof in one day; awesome! They worked extremely hard and never took a break!! The cleanup was very well done! And love the idea that they use the magnet to pick up all the nails!! We definitely recommend this company! Also The communication from the office was top shelf!!!!

I called on a Friday for an estimate to replace the fascia and soffit on a small building on my property. I spoke with Courtney who was friendly and helpful. She was able to send Danny right away to give me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so soon since another roofing company said it would be a week before they could give me an estimate. Danny was very informative and answered my many questions. The quote he gave me was fair and I signed the contract that day. On the following Monday, Danny called and said that they could do the work that afternoon. He and another employee promptly arrived and did a great job! The work was very professional and they left the jobsite clean. I will not hesitate to use them again if I have roof issues and I will be handing out their business card to anyone who is looking for a professional and reliable roofing company.

1st Choice Roofing replaced my roof this week. I am very happy with the company from beginning to end. For starters, Courtney in the office was great to deal with throughout the process. Steve arrived timely, provided me a quote the same day and answered all my questions. Scheduling & delivery of the dumpster & materials went smoothly, and my roof was replaced within 2 weeks from when I received the quote. The crew did an amazing job and worked well as a team. The site manager Dan was onsite nearly the entire time which was nice knowing he was overseeing the project and making sure everything was getting done correctly. Cleanup was great. They used tarps throughout but still went over the yard at the end with a magnetic nail sweeper. Paperwork was all a breeze and done quickly. I have nothing bad to say about the company or their quality of work. All around good, reputable company. My neighbor also used 1st Choice and was very happy with their experience as well.
