More than 5 years ago, I was advised that I needed a new roof.  1st Choice Roofing was recommended to me by my brother. When I called to request an estimate, Tom Krafcik came to our home, and he walked the roof. He said we don't need a new roof and that it should last at least another 5 years. I really appreciated his candor and told him I would definitely call him when the time came. Well, the time came, and I called him.

I guess Tom is higher up in the company now, so it was Ryan who came to our home, this time. He gave us a thorough explanation of the options company offered and answered all of our questions. We advised him that were getting other estimates but would let him know. Ultimately, we decided to go with 1st Choice Roofing. We didn't go with them because they had the lowest price. They weren't. We went with them because we believed they would do what they'd do. Happily, they did!
Regardless of whoever we spoke with, whether it was Tom, Ryan, Danny- who managed the crew and the crew itself- or Courtney in the office, they were courteous and respectful to us. The crew arrived on the day and time they'd be here, and they completed the job on the same day, including clean-up. I've done my share of roofing over the years, and I walked the roof afterwards, myself.
